‘Tis the Season to Be Jolly, to Be Thankful, and to Be Hopeful
Updated: Sep 6, 2019
We at Crystal River Products have much to be thankful for. As we gear up for a very productive 2019, we have CRP’s founder, Tom Fitzgerald, to thank for his wisdom, willing support during the transition to new ownership, and insight (a finer gentleman would be hard to find) and of course CRP’s enthusiastic customers and interested parties. Even during this Fall’s National Narrow Gauge Convention, we found willing partners to help us get the parts we need which we cannot fabricate readily ourselves.
Of course, we would not be in the position to succeed without the support of our families who have eagerly encouraged us to take this step.
So, where are we? Seth and I believe that we are finally in a position to start rolling out the kits during the first quarter 2019, hopefully, starting in January. We want these kits to be of the same quality and ease of assembly as they have always been. With a few tweaks of the printed instructions and perhaps even application of 3D printing for some of the parts, such as the RGS water tank round roofs, you will have access to the finest craftsman kits available of some of your favorite structures.
Thanks again to all those who took our survey during the National Narrow Gauge Convention and indicated interest in specific kits in specific scales. Below are just some of the more popular kits that will be near the top of the list.
Round Roof Water Tank
Cumbres Section House
2-Stall Engine House
In our next blog post, we will announce the first release, timing and price.
Seth and I thank all of you for your support and we look forward to 2019 as a year of serving our customers and adding new opportunities to your model railroading experiences. Until next time…Happy New Years!
