Single Car and Tool House

Based on D&RGW documents, this structure was used at many section towns and in the smaller towns for storing a section car and equipment.  Can be built with door on the left or right and SG or NG.  Kit comes with stainable real wood shingles, O and S kits come with pre-cut interior studding.  HO kit is approximately 2.5"x2"
